Here you can select your preferred stand location, book electronically, down load your editorial (and update it) plus your logo. On receipt of payment these items will go live along with a link to your own website. Please follow the steps to make your booking.

To start:
On this page you can see the floorplan. By placing your mouse over each stand you can see whether it has yet been booked and if so, read an 80 word editorial by the booking company as well as view their logo.
If you wish to reserve a stand that is currently un-booked or unreserved - click on that stand. You will then be taken to a page to complete the reserve booking form, uploading your logo and 80 word editorial at the same time.
An invoice will be sent to your firm and payment will be expected within 14 days by BACS. On receipt of payment your booking will be made live on the website.
Stand costs: The cost of each stand £1,215, multi booking is welcomed. Stand areas are approximately 5sqm with a 4.5m wide frontage. Please note that in addition to the stated fee there is the Attendance Fee of £475. This covers the following:
- Registration to the Conference for 2 Executives each including delegate bag
- Abstract and Programme Book
- Delegate List
- Invitation to the Welcome Reception
- Lunch and refreshment breaks.
Additional staff can be booked into the conference nearer the time.
